Free delivery on all UK orders.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post (depending on the size of the package), which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days, including Saturday.

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We now offer International Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail with a flat fee of £10 for Europe and £20 for Rest of World. This will be automatically added to your order when you select the Destination Country at Checkout.

Please note, customers are responsible for any VAT, import taxes or customs charges that may be incurred during shipping.

Return POLICY

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us via email (hello@nappyshak.com) or using the Contact Form with the subject ‘Return.’ Your item must be in the condition that you received it in (unused and unwashed). Please note we do not cover return shipping for returns.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be processed by your bank or credit card.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

PACKAGING

All orders will be sent in environmentally friendly packaging, which is 100% plastic free. Our paper mailing bags are robust and water resistant. They are fully recyclable and FSC certified.
